(Critical) Several cracked food containers found in rear kitchen. Food-contact surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Critical corrected: at time of inspection pic set aside cracked food containers for disposal. Pic will show owner before discarding. Please monitor food containers and discard when necessary

(Critical) Sanitizer concentration too low in sanitizer compartment of manual warewashing operation. Sanitizer shall be provided at proper concentration per epa approved manufacturer's label use instructions. Critical corrected: at time of inspection emptied sanitizing solution out of sink and set up solution again at proper quat sanitizer concentration. Proper quat test kit is available to monitor

(Critical) Interior ice machine drip plate, lettuce shredder, pop nozzles and cookie tongs in need of cleaning. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Not corrected. At time of inspection changed out cookie tongs for clean pair

(Critical) Some potentially hazardous food items on top of sandwich make line found at improper temperature. Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded trayed deli meat and sliced cheese that were overstacked in pans holding at 47°F - 53°F. Discussed with food employees not to overfill pans and continue to monitor food temperatures to assure all potentially hazardous food items maintain at 41°F or below.

Single-service cups stored improperly front counter. Please invert so that food employee is not contacting food-contact end. If dispenser is not operating correctly to hold cups in place properly; please repair or store cups in another area with cups inverted so as not to contact food-contact end when dispensing.

Air conditioner leaking front counter (not over food prep area). Please repair and maintain in good repair. Facility currently using bucket to catch dripping water; is not near any food or food storage areas
