There is a shelving unit across from the 3-compartment sink. You may be able to rearrange some items to allow for a few additional shelves for drying dishes and utensils. The plastic storage container with papers could be stored on the floor if floors are kept clean

Boxes and garbage bags on ground in dumpster area including subway boxes. All waste shall be placed in the dumpster. If you need an additional dumpster or more frequent pick-ups arrange this asap with the landlord and/or waste management. Per pic landlord has been notified.

Potentially hazardous food that is cooked and cooled shall be reheated so that all parts of the food reach a temperature of at least 165°F for 15 seconds. Ready-to-eat food taken from commercially processed intact package shall be reheated to a minimum 135°F. Critical corrected: at time of inspection meatballs found at 88°F - 100°F; sauce >135°F after reheating in microwave oven. Pic reheated meatballs and sauce; confirmed temperature of several meatballs all > 165°F. When using the microwave oven to reheat all parts of the food shall reach a temperature of at least 165°F and the food shall be rotated or stirred, covered and allowed to stand for 2 minutes after reheating

Food employee with artificial finglernails / fingernail polish not wearing gloves. Unless wearing intact gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food.

(Critical) No hot water available in facility. Hot and cold water shall be available at all times to meet the peak water demands of the facility. Critical corrected: at time of inspection pic on site to relight the pilot and adjust temperature setting. Hot water heater is working. Per pic the gas company was working on the gas lines over the weekend and had shut the gas off. Please set aside dishes for manual warewashing until hot water heater has had adequate time to heat up enough water to fill sinks

Please provide certified manager certificate within 90 days. Each faclity is required to have a certified manager
