Found corner tiled coving by the edge of the mop sink loose with open seams. To correct repair coving.

Found the lids of the community dumpster open and garbage overflowing. To correct increase pickup frequency if needed, and work with neighbors to keep dumpster closed.

(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, an opened carton of -half and half 62°F, 2% milk 51°F, fat free milk 52°F in the 2 door under the counter cooler. Pic corrected by discarding tcs food and state items may have been left out as other items in cooler were at 41°F. Pic has been instructed to monitor and ensure tcs food is held at 41°F, that is to place items back into cooler after each use.

Found wiping cloths stored above sanitizer in shallow sanitizing pans by espresso machine. To correct store wiping cloths completely submerged under sanitizer.

Found the upper spray rinse arm of the dishwashing machine laying on the bottom of the dishwashing machine. Pic corrected by resecuring spray rinse arm and has been instructed to monitor and ensure staff are verifying that dishwashing machine is functioning as designed.

Found the lids of the dumpster in open position with this facility's garbage bags on top of contents in dumpster. To correct close dumpster lids after each use.

No air thermometer could be located in the one door, low-boy cooler at the back counter for the storage of the sandwiches/wraps, etc. Corrected by providing a replacement air thermometer

Mop sink faucet: the orifices for the bleed-off tee are plugged. If mineral build-up is the cause, you may have success with soaking the spout (removed from the tee fitting) in vinegar or using a de-liming chemical. If needed, purchase and install a new spout/tip for this bleed-off tee so water flows from the orifices as intended.

Relocate your food service license to the front of the facility where it is visible to the public

(Critical) The drain line from the main espresso station ice bin has been combined with the drain line of the adjacent dump sink. These drain lines must be separated (ice bin drain lines may be combined together, and dump sink drain lines may be combined)

(Critical) Two new rinse-o-matic blender rinsers were added to the back to back sinks located between the main espresso machine station and the drive through station. The water supply lines do not contain the required back-flow preventer. Provide an asse 1024 back-flow preventer (double check valve) on each water line leading to the blender rinsers. At the end of each night, this rinse-o-matic unit needs to be disconnected so the pressure is released from the faucet where it connects

The dumpster corral has excessive garbage on the ground (nearly all of it is starbucks trash). Have an employee pick up this garbage and place it in new bags prior to putting it in the dumpster. In the future, ensure staff are maintaining this area clean

Observed an accumulation of dust and some coffee grounds on the upper shelves at the back counter of the store (mugs, glasses and new bottles of syrup, etc. Are stored on these shelves. Remove these items so the shelves can be cleaned

Observed the interior surfaces of two bulk beverage dispensing units for non-potentially hazardous foods to be unclean. These items were sent to the dish washing sink drain board to be washed. Ensure staff are disassembling these valved dispensing spouts to fully clean all food contact surfaces
