(Critical) 1) both of the dispensing spouts for the green cambro beverage dispensers were not disassembled for cleaning after last use. Ensure staff take these spouts apart for scrubbing when the units are cleaned. 2) a pair of metal sandwich tongs in a storage drawer still had old food debris on them. 3) all of the dispensing spouts for the whipped cream containers that were not actively in use still had old whipped cream in the base of the removable white dispensing tips and on the inner surfaces of the spout top (the removable valve with the light blue tip on it). Ensure staff are fully disassembling all of these dispensing tops when they are cleaned. Corrected by cleaning and sanitizing these items
Observed multiple items (including quite a few boxes of the whipped cream air cylinders) on the floor under the ice bin and dump/rinsing sink along the eastern wall. Thoroughly clean the floor in this area
Dish washing machine: observed the water pressure gauge reading approximately 45 psi during the rinse cycle. The gauge needle was also fluttering quite a bit. Either this gauge has gone bad or the water pressure needs to be adjusted to be at least 5 psi and no more than 30 psi
A large shipment of holiday items including single service drink cups are stored on the floor at the back of the store. Provide a way to elevate these single service items off of the floor by at least 6"
The water supply serving the in-sink pitcher rinser at the north end of the bar (near the two side by side blenders) is leaking. Repair as needed to eliminate the water leak. Corrected by removing this blender rinser from service. Another unit is on order per the gm
1) the white pvc drain lines under the back kitchen ice bin have slumped down. Trim off the ends just below the elbows and support the drain lines as needed to maintain 1. 5" air gap from the termination of the drain lines above the floor elevation. 2) observed a small water leak from the area of the back-flow preventer on the cold water line at the drive through station that serves the pitcher rinser. Repair the above as needed
