Found a stack of napkins stored on self table not covered or protected during dispensing or handling. To correct protect napkins during dispensing, by placing in a dispenser.
Found plastic container lid covering pineapples with numerous cracks and uneven surface. To correct replace plastic lid.
Found 1 of 2 lights not working in the walk in cooler. To correct repair/replace light.
Found plastic shakers and a covered plastic container of seasoning without labels in the cabinet by the oven and under the microwave. To correct provide labels.
Found the tiled coving around the walk in cooler door with chipped and missing coving. To correct repair/replace coving.
Observed preschool classroom using a cooler in the side room that doesnot have a thermometer. To correct provide an internal hanging thermometer for all coolers.

Found the floor (under dishwashing machine and edges of dishwashing area) soiled with accumulation of debris. To correct thoroughly clean floor, and clean on a schedule to preclude accumulation.
Found the hood filters soiled with dusty build up. Found unused parts of the kitchen with dust build up. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.
(Critical) White milk found in small refrigeration unit in kitchen at 63°F. Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded white milk. This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of potentially hazardous food until it is repaired, reinspected and capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below. Wic maintaining food at 40°F. Please use wic for milk storage and use time as public health control (written policy available will be revised to include milk if acceptable to all parties); milk for each serve period brought out of wic prior to serve time. Time out always less than 4 hours. Serve period 11:00 am - 12:45 pm
