Dust and debris also observed on several filters and hood area. To correct, please clean all filters and hood area as needed and repair/replace all missing filters as soon as possible

Observed dasani display cooler in sandwich station area in lunchroom cold holding at 47f. Only a few phf items observed in this cooler (less than 10 milks, 2 yogurt parfaits and 1 side salad) and all phf had internal food temperatures of 41f. Per staff, no phf is left in this cooler overnight. All phf moved to other coolers at end of lunch. Pic stated that they have been having problems with this display cooler since school started last week. Please remember that all phf must be kept at 41f or below at all times. Since all food was recently placed in this cooler less than an hour ago and food temperatures were within limits at time of inspection. Pic placed cooler out of service and will be utilizing other coolers in kitchen until this unit is repaired or replaced.

(Critical) Observed 2 pans of chicken patties and 2 pans of chicken nuggets on prep cart in wif with an internal food temperature of 57-59f. Food on cart was originally in prep area (stored at room temperature) when i first arrived, then was immediately put in wif after i washed my hands. Staff stated that food on cart has been out of refrigeration for 1-1. 5 hours at most. All phf must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. Cannot store food at room temperature in the temp danger zone. Pic corrected by rapidly chilling and then storing chicken patties and nuggets in wif at time of inspection. Critical corrected

(Critical) Observed pic handling and placing rte cheese on rte hamburgers in prep area with bare hands when i first arrived for inspection. Pic then immediately donned gloves and continued prepping and wrapping rte hamburgers before i finished washing my hands. Food employees may not handle rte foods with bare hands and shall utilize proper utensils and plastic gloves at all times. Corrected by educating all staff on bare hand contact, rte foods, proper handwashing procedures and foodborne illness risk factors at time of inspection. Critical corrected

Observed no temp measuring devices in yogurt parfait cooler on serve line and in coke cooler in service window area. To correct, please provide thermometers in these coolers as soon as possible

Observed 2 brooms and a dust pan stored next and leaning up against food shelves in dry storage area. All maintenance tools must be stored in an area which does not potentially contaminate any food or single service items. To correct, please locate cleaning supplies to proper storage area as soon as possible
