Not able to verify there is a certified food safety manager here. You must have someone certified within 90 days or an office conference will be issued with a fee included.

(Critical) You don't have a consistent date marking system in place here. Get everyone dating all ready to eat, potentially hazardous foods with the 7 day maximum use by date. Feta cheese, deli meats, cole slaw and opened whipped creams were found without date marking. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify you are properly date marking.

The deli case cooler at the expo area needs to be serviced as the condensers are all iced over and temp in this cooler is 48f. No potentially hazardous foods were in this unit. Service asap. I will be back to check it in 2 weeks. You also have other coolers down that when business picks up will need to be repaired or replaced.
Repair the screen door so the screens are intact and the door shuts with no gaps where insects and rodents could enter.
