Food employees may not contact ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use a suitable utensil, single-use gloves or dispensing equipment. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discussed with employee when to use gloves; gloves are available in facility. Employee is very diligent about hanwashing, but will still need to wear gloves or utensil for ready-to-eat food items. Discussed having glove on one hand

Food employees shall eat in a designated area where the contamination of exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, clean linens and unwrapped single-service items or other items needing protection can not result. Critical corrected: at time of inspection food removed from kitchen and employees washed hands properly

Mops and brooms stored in close proximity to clean dish storage area. Facility recently installed mop sink and are still setting things up; some shelving units to be removed which should lend itself to better storage of mops and brooms. Until then will relocate the clean dishes

Please organize maintenance section of upstairs storage area and get rid of any items not used in the maintenance of facility
