This item was corrected during this inspection

Wall paper starting to peel off in men's and women's restrooms. Also, re-seal crack at hand sinks in both restrooms. Caulk seal is starting to peel. Correct by sealing at hand sinks and repairing wall paper. ,

Floor drains of three compartment sink not clean. Correct by cleaning floor drains more often in food service

New chemical dispenser at mop sink which attach to chemical sprayer has a valve after the atmospheric back flow preventer. Chemical dispensers must have a pressure backflow preventer, or equal , if a valve is located pass the backflow preventer. Correct by installing proper backflow prevention per plumbing code and food code. Disconnect chemical sprayer after each use until the proper backflow preventer is installed
