Observed the wash temperature of the dishwashing machine according the dial on the temperature measuring device on the machine to indicate 120 degrees f. The manufacturer's data plate indicates the machine should be operating with a wash temperature of 160 degrees f. To correct provide repair service to the dishwashing machine to provide proper wash temperatures according to the data plate on the dishwashing machine from the manufacturer. Please note the final rinse temperature of 195 degrees f. Was being provided at the final sanitization rinse cycle. This is an acceptable final rinse temperature. In addition a color change was produced on the heat sensitive tape when passed through the dishwashing machine on the first pass. This is an idication that the machine is providing proper heat sanitization of utensils
