(Critical) The facility does not have any sanitizer available. Provide sanitizer for proepr manual dishwash. Set up was properly described but sanitizer is not in the facility.
(Critical) Medicines and herbal supplements etc stored with food in the reach in cooler and on shelves in the rear dry storage area. Keep medicine stored separate so that it is in a separate designated location away from food. Corrected by relocating medicines at time of inspection. Also observe abouve prep area on a shelf.
Pitcher with handle used as ice scoop laying on ice. Usa na approved ice scoop and keep it stored with handle extended to minimize contact with the ice. Broken spoon in spice is not approved for dispensing. Provide approved scoop wit ahandle and keep it out of the food product to minimize contact with the foods.

Replace with a new intact pitcher and or blender/mixer. Enamel roasters and pans are in use in the facility. This is prohibited. Discontinue and provide approved utensils for cooking.
There is a cloth curtain hanging up on the doorway to the kitchen. Cloth is prohibited. Remove the cloth towel and install an approved door/divider as discussed.
Plastic containrs from dressing are being reused. Discontinue this practice and provide approve food grade containers for reuse. Grocery bags are also being used for food storage and are not approved. Provide food grade approved wrap for proper storage of foods.
Personal food is being stored amongst foods to be stored for the customer. Keep personal food on the bottom of the refrigerator and mark as personal foods.
The following non food contact surfaces need cleaning: the hood filters, the interior of the prep unit and upright units, the gasekets on the doors of the prep unit (once torn they are no longer cleanable and must be replaced), clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
