Upper section of white microwave oven in dining area in poor condition; surface is peeling. Please replace to provide smooth, easily cleanable surface and to prevent potential contamination of the food. Pic removed microwave from dining area at time of inspection

Inadequate hot water temperature at both handwash sinks in serving area. Please provide hot water at a minimum 100°F. Per pic maintenance has been working on some water lines. All other sinks throughout kitchen providing hot water at proper temperature. You may try adjusting the water mixing valves or installing a recirculation pump if access to water lines
Delfield #3 reah-in-cooler on line leaking; pan of water in unit on top shelf. Please repair and maintain in good repair. Per pic work order has been placed. Did notice excess condensation in some of the delfield units on the line; continue to monitor

Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above at all times. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded all potentially hazardous food items maintaining at 48°F - 49°F (yogurt, milk and string cheese). Facility will use 2 door upright reach-in-cooler in the snack area which is maintaining food <41°F until this unit repaired and capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below
Please provide some type of protection for the washed fruit at the snack bar on display or relocate it to the back counter (staff will need to retrieve fruit with suitable utensil, deli tissue or glove)
