Handwash sinks at all stations were not reaching proper temp. Range of temp fro 64 degrees f to 78 degreees f at all stations. Adjust hot water and or regulators if applicable to provide a minimum of 100 degrees f in order to be able to properly wash hands with warm tempered water.

Hood filters above the fryer area are in need of cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
