Observed food employee/volunteers preparing food with jewelry on their arms. While preparing food, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms and hands with exception of a plain ring, such as a wedding band.

(Critical) Inadequate hot water temperature at both handwash sinks in concession stand and in both restrooms. Please provide hot water at a minimum 100°F at all handwash sinks. Not corrected. After running the water for several minutes the hot water at concession stand handwash sinks was 85°F & 89°F and in the restooms 72°F and 74°F. Note: hot water >110°F at 3-compartment sink in concession stand kitchen. ,

(Critical) Food thermometer used to take temperature of hot dogs not calibrated properly. Food thermometers shall be checked routinely for proper calibration. Corrected at time of inspection by removing thermometer. There are 3 other calibrated thermometers to use for monitoring food temperatures

No handwash signs posted at handwash sinks in men's and women's public/employee restrooms. Please provide signs notifying food employees to wash their hands
