The cutting boards for the outside grill are in need of replacemnt as they are no longer smooth and cleanable. Replace cutting boards (prior to 2014 season),
Hot water temperature for the hot water for the handsink in the unisex restroom behind the concession stand reached 77 degrees f. A minimum of 100 degrees f is required. There is a regulator on the hot water side. Repair or replace or adjust regulator to provide a minimum of 100 degrees f water.
Split gasket on the reach in cooler door by the grill. Replace split gasket. Once gaskets are torn they are no longer cleanable.
Unused togo containers on shelves in dry storage. Provide a plastic tub with lid to keep togo containers in to minimize airborne contaminants. Correct by 2012 season
The bulbs in the cinnamon stick warmer were not plastic coated or shileded. Possibly coating has come off the ublbs. Provide plastic coated bulbs to minimize potenital for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.

(Critical) Cutting board and knife used for cutting chicken at the grill are not being cleaned/sanitized on proper frequency. Must wash rinse and sanitize a minimum of every 4 hours. Change out cutting board and knife every 4 hours or less. Correct immediately by replacing with clean cutting board and knife.

The unit is ordered out of service but may be used to dispense cheese under time control only until replaced. Units must be replaced asap but prior to next season. Mark time the cheese is placed into the unit and consume or discard within 4 hours. Corrected by discarding cheese at time of inspection

Employee at the grill was not wearing proper means of hair restraint. Correct by providing and using a hat. Proper means fo hair restraint is required to minimize hair getting onto foods.
(Critical) The 3c sink is not in complaince for dishwashing. Set up as discussed with wash, rinse and sanitize using quaternary ammonium. Provided sticker for proper set up and corrected by setting up sink properly at time of inspection
Spray bottle for water for pretzels found unlabelled. Properly label water as to it's contents to avoid mis use.
Dirty tub found for storage of foods and gloves. Clean storage tub and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
Pest control strips for flies improperly located i storage prep areas and filled with flies. Relocate to reote areas including hallways, office, walls by doorways etc where flies cannot accumulate over prep area or food contact surfaces
