(Critical) Assorted potentially hazardous foods including cheese, lettuce egg mix found at 45- 48 degrees f in the two door continental unit. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by relocating to a working victory cooler and maintaining at 41 degrees f or below.

The upright 2 door continental cooler was found to be holding assorted potentially hazardous foods at 45 - 48 degrees f. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Ambient air temperature of unit at 48 degrees f. Call for repair/adjustment of unit.

(Critical) Improper reheat on cooked spaghetti. Spaghetti was reheated ( cames already cooked day before) in stemaer and was at 110 - 114 degrees f at time of inspection. Reheat to 165 degrees f. Corrected by reheating to 165 degrees f at time of inspection.

Excess frost build up in both freezers. The milk cooler is used as a chest freezer. Both units will be defrosted over thanksgiving week when school is closed.

Observed ceiling located above the serving line to be leaking water. The weather outside the buildings is a full rain. Should schedule repairs to seal roof leaks to protect food service locations of the building from rain water damage and potential food service area contamination

Observed can corn located at service line hot food cart at a temperature below 135 degrees f. , pic corrected this item by placement of freshly opened canned corn product into oven to heat all parts of the food product to well above 135 degrees f. As required. This item was corrected during this routine inspection
