Observed a table top house hold mixer which has an enamel type coating on attachments used in the kitchen. To correct replace with a commercial grade table top mixer.

Please be mindful of storing potentially hazardous food in direct contact with cold sides of pan and continue to monitor food to assure it maintains at 41°F or below at all times
