Cooked potentially hazardous food shall be cooled within 2 hours from 135°F to 70°F and within at total of 6 hours from 135°F to 41°F using one or more of the following methods listed. Corrected at time of inspection by uncovering food container with stuffing found at 68°F in walk-in-cooler

Sanitizer concentration in chemical spray bottle found at improper level. Please provide sanitizer at proper sanitizer concentration. Quat test kit is available to monitor.
