Found employee personal items (purses and shoes) stored above and next to food and food utensils in the storage area. To correct store employee personal items in employee storage area only.

Found the pop nozzles of the pop guns in the bar area soiled with some accumulation. To correct follow manufacturers directions and clean pop nozzles.

Found an opened and torn bag of breading on the storage shelf. To correct store breading in a bulk bin or in a more protected manner.

Found the 3 compartment sink in the bar plugged with a towel. To correct discontinue using towel to plug sink and replace with sink stopper.

Found the bottom and sides of the freezers on the cooking line soiled with accumulation of debris. To correct clean freezers and clean on a more frequent schedule

Found no thermometer in the 2 door salad prep top cooler and a broken thermometer in the 1 door worktop freezer. To correct provide a working thermometer in all coolers and freezers.

Found the surfaces and edges of the cooking hood above fryers soiled with grease and build up. Found one door gasket of the 4 door sectional reach in cooler on the cooking line soiled with accumulation of debris. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Observed the presence of flies in the bar and kitchen waitstation areas. To correct keep areas clean and dry, in good repair, and continue fly control measures.

Found 2 lights in the cooking hoods not working. To correct repair/replace lights in the cooking hood.

Found in use tongs stored on the door handles of cooler on the cooking line. Found several tongs used to handle salad items stored "hanging" on the top lid of coolers in the wait station. To correct store in use tongs in a clean and protected location.

Found the floor in the walk in cooler soiled with build up. Found the floor under equipment, edges and corners in the kitchen , waitstation and bar soiled with accumulation of debris. Found various ceiling air vent covers through out facility soiled with dusty build up. To correct thoroughly clean noted areas and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Observed 2 dumpsters missing drain plugs. To correct provide and install drain plugs in dumpsters.

Found the pop nozzles in the bar pop guns soiled with accumulation of debris. Found the spouts of the beer taps soiled with accumulation. Pic corrected by having the pop nozzles and beer tap spouts cleaned. Pic has been instructed to monitor and ensure pop nozzles and beer tap spouts are cleaned per manufacturer's directions.

Found the floor and wall junction by the bar and dining room with missing tile and coving and retaining water. To correct repair floor wall junction to be smooth and cleanable.

Observed a "sewer like" odor in the employees restroom and back storage room area. To correct locate source of odor and repair as needed to eliminate odor. Found the drain lines of the dipper well and the ice machine no longer strapped together with ties to other drain lines and without adequate air gap. Pic corrected by resecuring drain lines to other drain lines, providing adequate air gap. Violation corrected.

Found the 2 door salad prep top cooler not working properly, that is facility using an ice bath to hold tcs food at 41°F. To correct repair/replace cooler to hold tcs at 41°F.

Found the door gaskets of coolers on the cooking line soiled with accumulation of debris. Found the sides of cooking equipment soiled with grease and build up. To correct thoroughly clean equipment and equipment components.

Found the tiled floor under the walk in freezer door chipped and damaged. Found the floor wall junction in the back area by the employee restroom damaged. To correct repair noted areas and keep facility in good condition.

Found opened bags of breading mix on the bottom shelf without cover or protection. To correct store breading mix in a covered container or in a more protected manner.

Found the floor under equipment, edges and corners in the kitchen wait station and bar soiled with accumulation of debris. To correct thoroughly clean floor and keep clean.

Observed the presence of flies in the wait station and back kitchen area. To correct keep areas clean and dry, in good repair, and continue fly control treatments.

Observed low water pressure in the handsink in the back kitchen area. To correct repair system to provide reasonable water flow in handsink.

Found the cooler door on the cooking line misaligned and not closing properly. Found water leaking from the hose seam of the dishwashing spray rinse nozzle. To correct repair/adjust door and spray rinse nozzle.

Found a pair of cleaning gloves and face shield stored above a box of food wrap. Pic corrected by relocating gloves and face shield to a location away from food utensils.

Found the coving and door frame edges thorough out facility damaged with exposed surfaces. To correct repair coving and door frames.

Observed water dripping from the base of the faucet in the handsink next to the storage and prep area. To correct locate source of leak and properly repair source of leak.

Found the floor edges of the back storage room floor soiled. Found the floor in the plating area and wait station area soiled with accumulation of debris. Found the floor edges of the bar soiled with accumulation. To correct thoroughly clean floors and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found a recently prepared container of seasoned cooked shrimp cooling covered in the walk in cooler. Pic corrected by placing shrimp in a sheet pan and placing in the walk in cooler for rapid cooling. Pic has been reminded that time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, must be cooled from 135°F to 70°F in 2 hours, and then from 70°F to 41°F in 4 hours.

Found the pop gun nozzle in the interior of the bar, by the bar waitstation area soiled with slight accumulation. To correct follow manufacturers directions and thoroughly clean pop gun nozzle.

Found the faucet of the dipper well in the plating/waitstation without handle. To correct repair/replace missing handle. Found the exterior of the hood duct of the dishwashing machine deteriorating and in poor condition. To correct repair/replace dipper well faucet and hood duct.

Found a whip used to mix beverages hanging on a hook on a rough wood surface. Pic corrected by removing whip, and has been instructed to store whip in a more protected manner.

(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, 2 portioned cups of pico (diced tomatoes) 78°F and 94°F in a pan in the cold hold well, wait station area. Pic corrected by discarding pico, and has been instructed to monitor that employees are not leaving tcs on counter top or food in cold hold well that doesnot keep tcs food at 41°F.

Found the edges and seams of the dishwashing hood deteriorating. Found the door sweep of the side door loose. To correct repair/replace noted areas.

Found a stack of unwrapped coffe filters on top of coffe urn in the wait station. To correct store coffee filters in a protected manner such as in a covered box.
