(Critical) Observed the can opener blade with a build up of old food debris. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned: (1) except as specified in # (b) of this section, before each use with a different type of raw animal food such as beef, fish, lamb, pork, or poultry; (p) (2) each time there is a change from working with raw foods to working with ready-to-eat foods; (p) (3) between uses with raw fruits and vegetables and with potentially hazardous food (time/temperature control for safety food); (p) (4) before using or storing a food temperature measuring device; (p) and (5) at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. (Critical) Found the can opener blade to have an accumulation of dried on food debris. Corrected - can opener was thoroughly cleaned at the time of this inspection

(Critical) Found an opened bag of shredded cabbage in the wic without the required date mark. Corrected - pic discarded the open bag of cabbage

(Critical) Found a spray bottle with a dark yellow liquid which was not the product labeled on the bottle stored on the shelf that holds the bulk cleaners, degreaser and sanitizer by the mop sink. Corrected - this spray bottled was emptied and discarded. All spray bottles must be labeled with the common name of the contents. Care must be taken to ensure proper labeling of all spray bottles.

Found fresh flower arrangements being stored on a shelf in the wic right next to rte food items; bread, mushrooms. Corrected - fresh flower arrangements were moved to the floor in the corner of the wic as a temporary correction. In the future, please, as discussed before in previous inspections, store the flowers away from food items, maybe a dedicated shelf below food to prevent contamination

Found crumb tray under burner to have an accumulation of food debris on it. Also found shelf under the work table to have items that were no longer used stored there with an accumulation of dust and debris on them. Corrected - crumb tray was cleaned at the time of this inspection as was the shelf under the work table; items not used were removed and shelf cleaned
