(Critical) Observed two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits in the bottom, open air display cooler at 58f. Corrected by discarding. From now on staff need to keep this food in the enclosed middle portion of the unit maintaining foods at 41f and below
(Critical) Observed raw, in-shell eggs stored on the top shelf of the kitchen cooler, located above other ready to eat foods. Corrected by relocating the eggs to the bottom of the cooler
Please discontinue the use of the sponge at the three compartment sink. Sponges trap food debris, stay moist for long periods of time and can allow bacteria to grow.
The interior of the convection oven and waffle maker are in need of cleaning at this time
Observed several scratched areas on the non-stick waffle maker. Please ensure staff are only using plastic utensils and not metal to protect the surface
Please clean the floor drains, and floor sink located under the front counter at this time and more frequently in the future to eliminate debris build-up
Observed no tile or vinyl floor coving on much of the front counter base cabinet (on the employee side). Please provide coving to prevent moisture from migrating under this unit and soaking into the wooden structure
