(Critical) Observed pop nozzles on pop machine in front counter area with an excessive amount of dried on debris. Employees stated that they soak pop nozzles in sanitizer every night and run through dishwasher every morning, but do not scrub inside of nozzles. Please add this step to your cleaning procedure before placing pop nozzles in dishwasher. Pic corrected by thoroughly scrubbing all pop nozzles and running through dishwasher. Critical corrected. , observed several pizza pans on clean dishware shelf in dishwashing area with an accumulation of greasy residue and food debris (not burnt on debris). All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed and sanitized after every use and clean to sight and touch. Observed single service pizza boxes stored in splash zone next to handsink in front counter area. All food and single service items cannot be exposed to dust and water and must be stored in a protected manner at all times. To correct, please relocate pizza boxes on higher shelf away from splash zone or install a shield on shelf to protect all items from water and other contamination

Observed several 2 liters of pop being stored on floor in back kitchen area. All food and beverages must be stored in a protected manner and stored at least 6 inches off of floor at all times
