(Critical) Observed no hot water at handsink next to pop machine in prep area of kitchen (hot and cold foot pedals not operating correctly--hot and cold water pedals both turn on when hot water pedal is pushed down). All handsinks must have a minimum hot water temperature of 100f at all times for proper employee handwashing. To correct, please repair as soon as possible. I will check this item at follow up inspection. Correct within 10 days. ,

Observed wall and side of wing station ventilation hood in back kitchen area with an accumulation of sticky food debris (dried on bbq sauces). To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed a couple of equipment drain lines (ric, ice machine) laying inside of floor drain under pop machine with no air gaps (plastic tie wraps are broken). To correct, please replace tie wraps as soon as possible to raise drain lines out of floor drain and maintain proper equipment air gaps as required.

Observed overhead spray arm hose above 3 compt sink in back kitchen area in poor repair (plastic is chipped/fraying and debris collecting inside of hose). To correct, please repair/replace spray rinse arm as soon as possible.

Observed interior and exterior surfaces of dishmachine with an accumulation of scale and debris. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed dirty dishes stored in handsink in dishwashing area. All handsinks must be fully accessible at all times for proper employee handwashing. To correct, do not store any items in or around any handsinks at any time

Observed no paper towels at handsink in dishwashing area (dispenser empty). All handsinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times for proper employee handwashing

Observed wic air temperature at 53f at time of inspection. All phf already removed from cooler before i arrived and pic had already called for repair. Pic stated that sealed boxes of phf were still cold holding at 40f when she arrived this morning, but any loose items were discarded. Appears wic stopped working overnight. Talked with jeff (dual temp heating/cooling ) and he stated that cooler will be repaired this afternoon. Contractor arrived at time of inspection. All coolers must be able to consistently hold food at 41f or below. Please repair and monitor ambient air/food temps as needed. I will check this item at follow up inspection to ensure compliance. Correct within 10 days. Please note: the wic has not been functioning correctly at the last 3 routine inspections. If wic is not able to consistently maintain proper cold holding temps, may need to replace. ,
