Observed the following equipment in need of repair: 1. Observed split and open door gaskets on each door of the reach in portion of both prep top coolers on the make line correct by replacing the gaskets 2. Observed the can opener blade with gouges in the blade. Correct by replacing the blade. 3. At the main handsink observed a roll of paper towel sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser. The paper towel does not fit the dispenser. Correct by obtaining the proper sized paper towel for the dispenser or replace the dispenser.

(Critical) Observed a can of raid ant and roach insecticide in the facility. This product was labeled for household use only. Corrected by removing this insecticide from the facility for proper disposal. This product was purchased from "rite aid". Only purchase and use insecticides that are specifically labeled for restaurant use. These products are typically only available from restaurant supply stores

Observed some dust accumulated on the evaporator coils of the two prep refrigerators. With the units turned off, use a nylon bristled brush attachment for a vacuum to remove this dust accumulation to improve the air flow

A majority of the door gaskets for the prep refrigerators are torn and are accumulating food debris. Replace the door gaskets to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface
